  1. Kale Chips:
Rinse and dry one bunch of chopped fresh kale. Lay it out on a single layer on a cookie sheet. Spray evenly with cooking spray and sprinkle with some kosher salt. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and bake at 350 deg F for approximatley 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Let them cool down and enjoy !!

    • Dear Sportsfreak7,
Your Kale Chip recipe sounds delicious and easy to make! I am going to try it out. The last time I made these chips, I put too much olive oil and they did not turn out so great. I like the cooking spray idea!

  2. Frozen Fruit Pops
Use popsicle molds or regular ice trays to freeze your own fruit-pops.

Pop fresh or frozen fruit into the blender and blend until smooth.
Add milk or low-fat yogurt to make them extra creamy.
Pour into your molds & place in the freezer.
After a little while, place a popsicle stick into the mold so that it stands straight up.
    Freeze for a few hours.

Experiment with strawberries, bananas, pineapple, blueberries! Whatever fruit is your favorite. Even mix them together!
