Dear Dumb Diary, by Jim Benton
I would recommend these series of books to people who like to read about people and their problems. This book is very funny too!!!
This book is about a girl and she is writing a diary. Every day she writes something, like her dog or her friend, Isabella or all lot of times she writes about her teachers. But most importantly there is a girl named Angeline. She doesn’t like her because she always gets what she wants, is prettier (that’s what SHE thinks) and is teacher’s pet.
In this diary there are big problems, funny problems, and very interesting problems.
My favorite part was when she was talking to her aunt!
Aunt Carol: So how is school going? 
Jamie: Fine. 
Aunt Carol: Are any of the kids really gross?
Jamies mom: Stop it carol! 
Jamie: Angiline is gross 
Mom: Jamie!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek

aunt carol: Did you know your mom wet her pants once at school? 
mom:Don’t listen to her Jamie. She has taken her allergy medicine and she doesn’t know what she’s saying. (Whispers something to aunt carol)
Aunt carol: jeez ok okay. I’ll drop it. uh………. Jamie, uh how do you like this rain we’re having?
Jamie:I don’t know
Aunt Carol: I’ll bet your mom hates it. It could get her pants wet!
I like this part because it is funny!
It’s even funnier when you read the part before it!
